It was a pleasure to be invited by FMH Boutique owner Stella to style for her boutique here in Bahrain. It was a bloggers event where i finally got to meet face-to-face with a few other known bloggers in Bahrain and the region. The boutique is one of it’s kind in Bahrain and offers a variety of international unique designers such as DL1961, Bjorg, Muubaa, Jerome Dreyfuss, Finsk, Equipment and much more. Pieces are very limited in the store which makes them extra special! They are certainly all “must-haves”.
The task was to style the model with one outfit- one blogger at a time. It was so hard to pick only one outfit as i liked nearly everything in the boutique. However, it was a fun and challenging task!
I decided to go with these beautiful white studded jeans, absolutely gorgeous and can be worn casually and also can be dressed up. I went with a florecent green peplum top which complimented the pants really well. Added bulky shoes and a beautiful leopard cross bag to add character to the whole outfit. The look i chose is a smart casual look, which is very flexible and can be worn for winter and summer.
This is how i would wear it during spring/summer minus the ankle boots. The combination of florescent green and white is very vibrant and give the whole outfit a fresh look!
I then added a leather draped jacket on top with a very artistic silk scarf. With the addition of these two pieces, the outfit looked entirely different and can be worn for winter, which is right around the corner !
As for the accessories, which is absolutely loved in the store i chose the following to complete the look.
What i found really interesting in the event is the way each blogger styled the model with her own fashion sense, which shows how every person is fashionably unique in their own way. Several bloggers chose the same top, accessories and shoes that i chose to style my model with, however, the way they put it all together made it look completely different.
Make sure you pay her shop a visit at Al Nakheel Centre, opposite St. Christophers school, Saar. It is worth it!
